The rates :

low season (from October 1 to March 31): 600 euros / week, except school holidays: 800 euros / week

mid season (from April 1 to June 30 / from September 1 to 30): 800 euros / week, except school holidays: 1000 euros / week

ACTIVITIES
You can practice many nautical and pedestrian activities.
Kitesurfing and Windsurfing enthusiasts will only have to cross the road to access the Marennes / Bourcefranc spot.
The spots of La Palmyre, l'Embellie and Île d'Oléron are within easy reach!
Surfers will have the choice between Oléron and the Côte Sauvage.
The first sailing club is 10 minutes by bike. It offers many courses for children of all ages and adults.
Divers will have plenty of time to indulge their passion on the island of Oléron.
The long cycle paths of the Coubre forest and the Brouage marshes will delight hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts.
The Palmyre and Royan golf courses are 30 minutes away by car.
For the greediest, restaurants and tasting huts are at the end of the street.
